I actually got mine (both PG and VG) from juicyliquid.com... supposedly pharma grade in small amounts at a good price. Out of Georgia is a bonus.. I'm in the USA.

I don't buy their liquids but accessories and supplies seem reasonable for a starter... and the VG and PG worked for me! Also got some menthol crystals for experimenting and some squeezy bottles... spent $20 including the shipping and have had fun playing mad scientist ever since!  Wink

If TW carried the stuff I would be complete with one stop shopping but alas... one product line at a time!!

It's really to your own taste...

The regular TW recipe is
>65% PG
<20% VG
<10% Pure or Distilled Water (helps loosen up the thickness of the VG)
These 3 ingredients are almost 95% of the liquids composition. They have no flavor or "strength" but combined in the right proportions create the vapor!

50/50 is used by many pros here on the forum and I have tried it as well. Lots of Vapor!!! And you get the same "fog" with VG or PG in my experience. Unfortunately, certain flavors will dilute more than others and in my opinion, can create a weak experience. Same can be said for strength dilution....  dilute 50/50 on 18mg and I'll vape like a train all day if I could!  Wink

Another thing that happened to me was the VG I purchased at a health food store "NOW Personal Care Vegetable Glycerin 100% pure" (highly doubt it but they probably rounded up from 99.5%! Wink) and the VG I purchased online do seem to be different. The VG from the website (juicyliquid) seemed to be "cleaner" in taste when mixed as well as feel on my throat. Funny thing is both are labeled VG USP but they definitely have produced different results for me.

I guess my point is to be ready for some experimentation and enjoy the ride. This forum is filled with great info that I'm sure will help!

Have fun!
